About Thabo and the Real Deal
Thabo Mkwananzi is Huddersfield based Soul singer extraordinaire, his voice soothes the souls of all who hear it and his songs spread the message of truth, love and revolution. Zimbabwean born Thabo moved to the UK over 10 years ago, after a long struggle to gain UK citizenship in 2010 he finally got granted status in the UK. This allowed him to launch his solo career and with backing from an incredible trio of musicians he formed Thabo & The Real Deal.
The group loves to vary its style of performance and as well as touring UK venues they can often be found playing live on the streets and parks of the northwest taking the music direct to the people and spreading their musical message of positivity and freedom.
